Zusammenfassung: | A 2-megapixel CCD image sensor for a high-definition TV (HDTV) camera is proposed, in which signal processing in vertical CCD (charge-coupled device) registers and sub-Nyquist sampling are used. This sensor produces high-resolution (37-MHz horizontal scan frequency), suppresses aliasing, and also use a lower drive-clock frequency (18.5 MHz). Several imaging techniques are proposed for producing high-quality high-definition TV (HDTV) cameras. These are: temporally and specially offset imaging and at 3-CCD color imaging system using the proposed CCDs. The computer-simulated system is presented. The overall performance of the proposed CCD sensor and 3-CCD color imaging system are summarized.< > |
