Zusammenfassung:For further benefits in using dispersed generation (DG) in electrical power system (EPS) in both normal and critical operating situations, new equipments required for investment in distribution networks are recommended. This paper presents an optimization combination approach based on knapsack problem and dynamic programming to determine a range of minimal number of specific needed switches and their optimal placements following system operators' and clients' demand sizes. The proposed method is first designed for system restoration service. In order to use efficiently these specific switches, the genetic algorithm and fuzzy multi-objectives optimization 0-1 programming are then given for maximizing flexibility of network reconfiguration. The problem formulation is reported with simulations on a French type distribution network in islanding mode. The ability of DG is revealed and appreciated through obtained results concerning a restoration process
