On Maximum Inversion with Minimum Inverters
Abstract-Given a set of n input variables, let D(n) denote the smallest integer y such that n2 y . It is shown that the complete set of input variables may be inverted using just D(n) inverters and n+D(n) positive-weight threshold gates.
