Spectral asymptotics for layered magnetic structures

Weakly coupled quantum waveguides are considered. The behaviour of the resonances is described. Asymptotic approaches are used. The problem is related with the transport properties of electron in coupled magnetic layers. Possible applications of the results for quantum computation is considered
