Determination of the multipath delay profile of arrival (/spl tau/OA) through the use of the time correlation and of an array antennas

Smart antennas have been used more and more to establish the SDMA access technique, reducing the spatial interference in a wireless propagation area. The dual of this problem, in the time domain, refers to the intersymbol interference resulting from the multipath components. The article proposes a way to reduce the intersymbol interference through techniques that use the structure of an antenna array.
