Zusammenfassung: | The characteristics of new high gain multiband C-shaped and coupled C-shaped microstrip patch antennas have been analyzed using a full wave analysis simulator. The antenna performances are sensitive to the radius and the feed location, which have been used to control the antenna gains up to 35.3 dB in some cases and bandwidths up to 19.4% in other cases. The proposed antennas are constructed on FR-4 glass-epoxy substrate of thickness 1.6 mm and relative permittivity 4.6. The radiation characteristics for the designed antennas, such as return loss, radiation pattern and gain with respect to changes on the radius and the feed location, are obtained using numerical simulations. |
