Basic data for projects description must be given through carrying out market research. Thus, the market research is one of the projects, as is business planning process. Let us list some of the projects, which can be equipped at the formation and development stages of a new firm: market monitoring and diagnostics, firm modernization, planning of production, planning of finance flows, etc.
