Zusammenfassung: | This paper introduces a corona-resistant nano-inorganic/organic insulation material. Chemical constitution and microscopic pattern of the inorganic filler in a corona-resistant magnetic wire insulating coating was tested and analyzed. The electricity, thermal effect of packed nano TiO/sub 2/ powders during the course of insulation failure was investigated from the point of view of inorganic filler utility. When the corona resistant magnetic wire modified by nano TiO/sub 2/ filler suffers corona damage, the layer of nano TiO/sub 2/ precipitate can improve electric field distribution and increase capacity of heat conduction. It provides some theoretical reference foundations for manufacturing enameled magnetic wire of inverter-fed motors. The experimental results show that the new type nano composite magnet wire has high insulation property, excellent flexibility and corona resistance, can greatly increase insulation life of inverter-fed motors. |
