Zusammenfassung:Using modified vertical Bridgman (MVB) technique, Yinnel has been successfully growing 3-inch-diameter CZT ingots with single crystal volume up to 300 cm/sup 3/ per ingot. Using the "best" growth condition, Yinnel can reproducibly grow the CZT with high /spl mu//spl tau/(e) and /spl mu//spl tau/(h) products.
