Zusammenfassung:Preliminary results of a parametric study of a He-Ne-Cdll laser are reported. Three modes of operation for an optimum pressure fill have been found: pure 6328 Å (Nel) operation, pure 4416 Å (CdII) operation, or simultaneous 6328 Å and 4416 Å operation at milliwatt power levels. Different ratios of red to blue can be obtained by variation of operating current and/or temperature.
