Zusammenfassung: | Considered in the given paper the software LOCUS is intended for designing corrective (CC) and matching (MC) circuits forming different linear and nonlinear active units of high frequency (HF) and microwave (MW) range (such as transistor amplifiers, frequency changers and multipliers, impedance converters, inductance simulators). One can design passive bipolar circuits (e.g. feedback circuits, correction circuits, etc.) as well as reactive four-pole matching and equalization circuits on the one hand loaded for the resistance load. Here, the user chooses the circuit relevant structure under interactive mode and determines its elements to meet the demands placed on passive circuit or active unit. Software allows one to design circuits of moderate complexity |
