Zusammenfassung: | Manufacturing the complex shapes of materials used in aircraft requires a high degree of accuracy. Hence, techniques to automate this process would be very valuable. This paper proposes the use of the similarity theory to determine the technological conditions of grinding and other kinds of processing. Using this approach, the details of simple shape processing can be used as model and the data obtained can be extended to the original process of grinding of the internal spherical surfaces. Problems connected with providing for the complete similarity result in using the affine similarity when the model is not geometrically but affinely similar to the original. Using the data on processing details with simple surfaces based on the similarity theory, one can extend these data on processing details with complex surfaces. |
