Zusammenfassung: | We have developed a new three-dimensional microfabrication process for biodegradable polymers. In recent years, biodegradable polymers are employed in tissue engineering that can regenerate tissue and organ. But due to the limitation of the processing method, the doctor can only obtain simple form such as film, sponge, and line. A method to fabricate free three-dimensional microstructure is needed for a great expansion of surgical applications of biodegradable polymers. Unlike previous methods, our system is suitable for use in medicine for the following reasons: 1) real three-dimensional microfabrication; 2) high resolution (45/im); 3) sufficient biocompatibility; 4) high-speed (less than 15 min) fabrication; 5) transparent structure that can observe internal condition. |
