Theoretical analysis of the planar dielectric resonator

Cylindrical surface waves along a thin dielectric with high dielectric permeability is considered. The received dispersion equations allow us to determine the existence conditions of cylindrical waves. A theoretical analysis of the planar dielectric resonator is made.
