Zusammenfassung: | A simple method for generating correlated Rayleigh-fading envelopes with any desired correlation factor is proposed. In addition, based on this method, an impulse response model of the indoor radio channel with a process of apparition and vanishing of correlated rays for representing the variable nature of the channel is developed. This channel model can be employed to analyze the performance of wideband wireless communications systems, such as current and next generation wireless local area networks (WLANs), and the procedure for the generation of correlated Rayleigh envelopes can be used to analyze frequency, space and time diversity systems with any given correlation factor. |
