Based on my experience this fall and based on what I see happening in the engineering world, I suggest that we can revise the concept to be "It Takes a Team." It's easy to talk about teams and teamwork but it's another matter to recognize and adapt to the reality that most of what we do depends on the support and influence of other team members. In this issue are several articles that emphasize aspects of teamwork and collaboration. |
