Zusammenfassung:	A brief background on development of radiothermometry as well as physical basics of the method are given. Comparison characteristics of Russia's commercial radiothermometers as well as Ukraine's industrial prototypes are provided. Results of development and medical tests of Ukraine's radiothermometer with operating wavelength of 7.5 cm are given.
