Ferroelastically-induced quasi-phase-matching structures in RbTiOAsO/sub 4/ crystals

We report a novel ferroelastically-induced quasi-phase-matching structure in RbTiOAsO/sub 4/ crystals, which surpasses the current limit of the 3 /spl mu/m period and 3 mm thickness.
