Zusammenfassung:For the last decades the multilayered structures (1D, 2D and/or 3D) are widely investigated. First of all, this wide usage and analytical investigations directly connected to the unique properties of the structures to create the band gap for transmission or reflection of electromagnetic waves are described. This effect applied for producing large number of devices in all spectral range of wavelength. The microwave photonic ferrite-dielectric structure was investigated. The main characteristics of the structure are manageable by external magnetic field in X-band. For using the same principles at producing such a structure for mm range of wavelength we have to use huge values of magnetic field because the "active" elements in the structure are ferrite layers based on YIG. The paper seeks to analyze the opportunity of electro-magnetic ferrite-dielectric structure producing based on high anisotropy ferrite materials for mm range of wavelength.
