Zusammenfassung: | This paper presents an application of system identification technique to tracking control of a piezoelectric system. An iterative scheme of identification and control design is introduced, and its corresponding application is described. Based on the estimated model of the system, a fine-tuning co-controller was built and adjusted in an iterative approach. The experiment results prove the excellence of this technique for delicate tracking control of the piezoelectric actuator. |
