Zusammenfassung:In this paper, radiation characteristics of organic compounds in solid-state matrix and films under laser excitation are investigated for the fabrication of solid-state tunable lasers and light emitting diodes. The luminescent polymers on the base of poly-(phenylenevinylene)s - (PPV) and polymethylmetacrylate (PMMA) doped of laser dyes, which emitting on visible region. However laser stability and transparency in UV-region of polymer matrix and films is not high. The gel-matrix on the base of tetraethoxisilan (TEOS) doped laser dyes stability up to 200 MW/cm/sub 2/, and transparence for radiation of XeCl laser (X=308 nm).
