Identification of non-measurable parameters of ferroelectrics by optimization method

All approach to define certain constants for ferroelectric crystals with respect to analysis of evolution of the switching current, is proposed. Algorithms for separate identification of such nonmeasurable parameters of ferroelectrics as the surface tension and the kinetic coefficients are given.
