Zusammenfassung: | This article presents fluorescence amplification by the two-dimensional planar microlenses with high numerical apertures (NA) designs. The integrated planer microlenses enhanced by the compound microlens designs with high NA are developed for fluorescence amplification. Disposable self-aligned integrated planar systems are fabricated using polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). the amplification of the fluorescent intensity accomplished up to 28 times by self-aligned compound microlenses on microfluidic devices. The measured NA is 0.91. Disposable self-aligned compound microlenses on microfluidic channels can be used effectively as low-cost, rapid, and sensitive diagnostic biochips. |
