Zusammenfassung: | The performances of low-rate self-excited single-phase alternators are optimized using a procedure based on a general d-q model of the machine. The influence of geometrical modifications of the magnetic circuit and of the arrangement of the damping cage are investigated. The procedure makes a general improvement and, in particular, a remarkable regularization of the output voltage-current characteristic. |
