A Web-based navigation to conduct disambiguation dialogues in Chinese language

The purpose of this study is to help users to get information precisely and quickly on the Web. With the ontological computing support, an existing "cram-school" system provides users to search data by inputting the natural language instead of by form-based menu selections. An ontology provides a common language for sharing and reusing knowledge about phenomena in users' world of interest. The cram-school service system consists of the specific concepts and their inter-relationship. The methodology for establishing domain ontology is based on the "Delphi Approach" as a case study. Finally, this system has provided students and parents available information in better ways in terms of precision, recall, and natural language usage.
