Zusammenfassung:An element of the reflective phased antenna array (RPAA) for the W-band with electrical beam-scanning is developed. The element contains a horn-dielectric radiator and waveguide ferrite phase shifter of a reflective type with magnetic memory, which produces a phase shift 0-400/spl deg/ in a 93-95 GHz frequency band. When a triangular grid element arrangement is used in an antenna array with 1.25/spl lambda/ spacing, the sector of the array scanning 2/spl theta/=30/spl deg/ is ensured.
