Introduction evaluation of synchronization signals quality on digital transmission networks

In order to solve the problem of synchronization in transmission networks, it is necessary to measure reference signal parameters and estimate their stability. This paper considers the basic principles of measurement of clock signal parameters in SDH transport networks.
