Zusammenfassung:A novel electrochemical biosensor was designed for the detection of anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) based on carboxylic multiwalled carbon nanotubes (CMWCNTs)/NH 2 -SiO 2 nanosphere materials. In our study, cross-linking agents were used to form CMWCNTs/NH 2 -SiO 2 composites. The functionalized anti-Mullerian tube hormone monoclonal antibodies were modified on the surface of the screen-printed electrode (SPE) to verify the response mechanism by the current changes caused by the binding of antigen to the antibody. CMWCNTs/NH 2 -SiO 2 enhances the electrical signal to enable a more robust binding of AMH proteins to the electrode. The electrochemical properties of the CMWCNTs/NH 2 -SiO 2 @AMH/SPE sensor was analyzed through cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) methods. The experimental results showed that the AMH detection range was wide, which had a linear correlation with AMH concentrations in the range of 1 fg and 100 ng mL-1, and the limit of detection concentration was 0.15 fg mL -1 . Furthermore, our clinical sample experiments showed excellent AMH detection performance and specificity. The CMWCNTs /NH 2 -SiO 2 biosensor prepared in this paper effectively achieved the exact detection of low concentration AMH protein. It has great potential and application prospect in the clinical stage.
