Zusammenfassung: | The four-port probing system is becoming a popular electromagnetic interference analysis tool due to the release of system symmetry requirements. However, the four-port probing systems lack a systematic characterization method due to the difference between multi-component and single-component measurement systems. Therefore, based on the previous characterization principles, this paper systematically describes the characterization methods of four-port probing systems and proposes several new characterization parameters, such as differential electric field suppression, symmetry, and isolation of the electric and magnetic field detection. These characterization methods provide a theoretical basis for comparing the performance parameters of four-port probing systems and analyzing the effectiveness of related correction methods. The characterization results of a typical four-port probing system demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method. |
