Zusammenfassung: | This article introduces a method for quickly estimating sinusoidal signal amplitude using only two sampled points and generating an orthogonal component. It permits estimation at various sampling frequencies, with the estimation speed correlating directly with the sampling frequency. However, adding filters to the input signals decreases the estimation speed. It is useful for promptly detecting sudden amplitude changes, especially in limiting overcurrents in solid-state devices. Experimental outcomes validate its effectiveness and efficiency in real-world scenarios, indicating its potential to enhance reliability and safety in power electronics systems. |
