Adaptive robust signal detection algorithms

The adaptive, asymptotically robust algorithms developed permit signal detection in independent noise of arbitrary form. The algorithms demonstrate high efficiency in the cases of heavy tail distribution, where conventional algorithms are usually characterized by low noise immunity.
