Zusammenfassung: | This paper presents the first investigation into the consensus problem of linear time-varying multi-agent systems employing an event-triggered communication scheme. Initially, a general event-triggered consensus control strategy is proposed for a broad class of linear time-varying multi-agent systems. Under certain suitable assumptions, it is shown that the states of all agents will converge exponentially, while ruling out Zeno behavior. Next, the consensus problem in a network of linear time-varying multi-agent systems with a spanning tree is examined using the proposed control approach. This approach demonstrates that the consensus problem for the specified system can be reformulated as a stabilization issue for an error system through a time-varying linear transformation. Furthermore, the event-triggered consensus problem is identified as a specific instance of the broader event-triggered consensus framework mentioned earlier. Finally, to illustrate the effectiveness of the event-triggered method proposed in this study, we present the results of our simulations. |
