Integration des IUFM dans les Universites

In this article, we aim to discuss the current state of the University Institutes for Teachers Training (IUFM) since its establishment, including the following modifications within the framework of reform project of the University Institutes for Teachers Training. Then, we aim at underlining the issue concerning the restructuring of the IUFM. In particular, we are going to explain the reform of the IUFM in detail which allows the integration of the teacher training program at the university. These institutions, which aim to train teachers and education counselors, take charge of the in-service training of the teachers and the teacher trainers. However, we are currently in a transitional period which aims at upgrading the conditions of the teachers to better meet the needs and expectations of the future teachers and the learners. This reform was implemented in the fall 2010 and has modified the condition for entrance to these institutions since then.
