Zusammenfassung: | Purpose:This study was conducted in order to determine the professional satisfaction of nurses, midwives and Family Health Staff(FHS) working in Primary Health Care Services and to evaluate the related factors in terms of some variables. Method: Being a descriptive and an analytical one, this research had a sample of 100 voluntary nurses, midwives and FHS working in three different Public Health Center(PHC) and 41 Family Health Center(FHC). Data were collected via a “questionnaire” and “Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire(MSQ)”. For the evaluation of the data, number, percentage, mean, Kruskal-Wallis test, Mann-Whitney U test, Independent t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient were used. Results: A total of 52.5% worked in PHC and 47.5% worked in FHC. Job satisfaction in general was found as “sufficient” level.
