Zusammenfassung: | Huntington's disease (HD) main symptoms is choreiform movements. The infraclavicular block is the brachial plexus block used as an alternative or adjunct to general anesthesia. The 65-year-old patient with HD was taken to the operating room due to left radius fracture operation. When the risks of general anesthesia were evaluated, ultrasound-guided infraclavicular block was successfully applied to the patient. Choreiform movements stopped completely and the operation was successfully performed. |
