Zusammenfassung:Aim: To examine the serum Lipoprotein (Lp) (a) levels in preedamptic cases and its relation with the severity of preeclampsia. Materials and Methods: Forty cases över 28 gestational vveeks were induded in this study, out of vvhich 10 had mild preeclampsia (group 1), 10 had severe preeclampsia (group 2) and 20 were women with normal pregnancy (group 3).
