Approach Paper: Country Program Evaluation: Argentina (2009-2015)

This document defines the scope and methodology of the evaluation of the IDB Country Program with the Government of Argentina for the 2009-2015 period. This evaluation will seek to analyze the Bank's relationship with the country from an independent and comprehensive perspective, with particular reference to the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of the program, including both the financial and nonfinancial products offered by the Bank during the period under review. As established under the protocol, this exercise is performed as one of the inputs for the process of preparing the new Country Strategy with Argentina for 2016-2019.
