This study found that the maintenance of positive emotions of teachers in private elementary schools was the first element of teachers’ well-being; teachers had a state of flow when they were engaged in work; teachers’ work meaning can promote the realization of well-being; private elementary school teachers were given higher expectations, continuous self-improvement and realization were important factors for teachers to maintain a sense of achievement; having a good positive relationship can improve teachers’ work efficiency; physical and mental health were the basic element for teacher
