Zusammenfassung: | Online question and answer (Q&A) learning community, which is an important part of online learning, promotes knowledge contribution through the systematic design of functional modules. However, little attention has been paid to the influence of module combination on knowledge contribution, so this study will explore the influencing factors of knowledge contribution from this perspective. Based on literature analysis of knowledge contribution, a theoretical hypothesis model of knowledge contribution in Q&A learning community is proposed. Taking ArcGIS zhihu learning community as an example, 3409 users’ data were obtained by crawler software that the descriptive and negative binomial regression analysis was carried out using SPSS22 and Stata12. 1.
