Zusammenfassung: | As the "main force" of school reform,teachers' attitude towards school reform has a great value to the practice of reform. Foreign researches on the influencing factors for teachers' attitudes towards school reform mainly focus on several major sectors. From the perspective of teachers themselves,the influencing factors include teachers' teaching age, individual experience, time and energy, teachers' job satisfaction, and teachers' cognition and emotion of change. And from the view of school change, they focuses on democracy and practicality of the change. Based on these points, the following implications are helpful for the formation of the positive attitude towards school reform: firstly, coordinating the perspective and current action of school reform reasonably; secondly, viewing the unity of reform idea and teacher's cognition dialectically; thirdly, paying attention to teachers' living situation; fourthly, enhancing teachers' participation; and fifth, paying attention to the emotional experience of teac |
