Zusammenfassung: | Drama in education aims to reconstruct education through dramatic thinking.The purpose is to reestablish the concept of learning and promote the double development of individual knowledge and personality through scene and experience, cooperation and sharing,dialogue and exploration. This paper tries to explore the implementation of drama in education in the western countries. First of all, the evolution of drama in education in the west is reviewed. Then it discusses four practical modes of drama in education, including story drama, role drama, process drama and compound stimulus drama. Finally, the practical effects of drama in education on students' social development, academic progress and cognitive ability improvement are summarized, so as to provide a new theoretical perspective and practice reference for primary and secondary school teaching reform |
