Zusammenfassung:	Relaxation phenomena occur whenever a heat flow, mass flow or momentum flow is not permitted enough time to reach a stationary state. Therefore all transport phenomena can be associated with relaxation processes. The momentum flow (viscosity) can, in fact, be associated with two essentially different processes; this is due to the vector character of the transported quantity.
