Zusammenfassung:Estimating effective population size is an important issue in population and conservation genetics. Recently, we proposed a new method to infer effective size and migration rate from one‐ and two‐locus identity probability measures. We now announce the release of a user‐friendly Microsoft® Windows program that uses this method to provide joint estimates of local effective population size and immigration rate for each subpopulation in a population genetics data set.
