Quelle médiation pour accompagner la restauration de la continuité écologique des cours d’eau ? Exemple de stratégies de maîtres d’ouvrage sur l’Eure et la Risle (Normandie)

This article examines the place and role of communication for local river managers of two Norman tributaries of the river Seine (river Risle , river Eure ). Faced with the lack of social acceptability of ecological restoration operations, the communication operated by river managers could contribute to a better integration of the private river owners concerned by these ecological projects. The combined analysis of strategies and opportunities for socio-technical and social mediation aimed at riparian owners and the "general public" reveals the level of political ambition of these managers but also the constraints to which they are subject.
