Zusammenfassung:MIL-101(Cr) films were deposited on the quartz crystal microbalance and interdigitated electrode transductors as humidity sensors. Both devices combine high sensitivity with fast response/recovery times, good repeatability, long-term stability, favorable selectivity versus toluene alongside a dual mode behavior in the optimal domain of humidity for indoor air.
