Zusammenfassung: | In this paper we demonstrate that the magnetic moment of the exciton increases due to its motion along the magnetic field, and the diamagnetic shift decreases. These effects were observed for a set of quantum well structures with different well widths and based on a variety of semiconductor compounds.
