Zusammenfassung:The Global Radiation Earth Environment (GREEN) model is a mean model, dependent on the solar cycle, that provides proton and electron flux in the radiation belts. However, it is well known that the intensity of solar cycles is variable and the effects on proton and electron fluxes may vary from cycle to cycle. The aim of this study is, therefore, to develop a GREEN "Upper Envelope" model, which considers the variation from one solar cycle to another and gives the maximum flux for each year of the solar cycle. In this study, the "Upper Envelope" is presented for electrons only.
