Zusammenfassung: | Sacrificing horses and placing them in graves are standard elements of Scythian funerary practices and recent archaeologicalprojects in Mongolia provide additional evidence of this. These sites complement earlier investigations carried out at thesite of Berel’ in Kazakhstan.
