Une méthodologie pour la publication des bulletins de santé du végétal sur le LOD

In this pa­per, we pre­sent our Se­man­tic Web sys­tem for the stor­age of 19,448 agri­cul­tural alert bul­letins in France. The archive of alert bul­letins was pub­lished on the Web as Linked Open Data (LOD). LOD uses Se­man­tic Web tech­nolo­gies to pub­lish data on the Web. Some best prac­tices for pub­lish­ing Linked Data are al­ready pro­posed. We en­rich these best prac­tices in or­der to meet some spe­cific in­for­ma­tion re­trieval needs: spa­tiotem­po­ral and the­matic an­no­ta­tions and ag­gre­ga­tion in­di­ca­tors. We il­lus­trate our pro­posal by the pub­li­ca­tion of our archive. We de­scribe our method­ol­ogy for build­ing the sys­tem and high­light the in­ter­est re­gard­ing Se­man­tic Web tech­nolo­gies for this agri­cul­tural alert stor­age, pub­li­ca­tion and analy­sis. To prove that our sys­tem an­swers our needs, we pro­pose some queries to il­lus­trate the cal­cu­la­tion of spa­tiotem­po­ral ag­gre­ga­tion in­di­ca­tors.
