Preserved anterograde and remote memory in drug-responsive temporal lobe epileptic patients

Highlights • Drug-responsive patients had preserved anterograde and remote memory performance. • Episodic memory tests’ scores were better in drug-responsive relative to drug-resistant patients. • No cognitive deficits in mild TLE clinical course occur despite hippocampal sclerosis.
